Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

Because our products are delicately handcrafted from natural clay, extra care is taken during the packaging phase to ensure they arrive safely to your doorstep.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over our current promotional threshold (e.g., ₹1,999).

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at a flat rate based on your region during checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Earthen Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to the fragile nature of our clay products and courier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address at checkout.
