Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Earthen Studio, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our clay products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note: Because our products are made of natural clay, slight variations in color, texture, and size are a sign of their handmade nature and do not constitute a defect.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support.theearthenstudio@gmail.com.

You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized clay products.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.
• Gift cards.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
