Are your clay products safe for cooking?
Yes! All our cookware is made from 100% natural, unglazed terracotta. There are no chemicals, lead, or artificial coatings, making them perfectly safe and healthy for everyday cooking.
Can I use clay pots on a gas stove?
Yes, our cookware is designed to be used on gas stoves, open flames, and inside ovens. However, they are not compatible with induction cooktops as clay is not magnetic.
Do I need to season the cookware before using it?
We highly recommend seasoning your clay cookware to increase its durability and prevent cracking. Please read our Clay Care Guide for step-by-step instructions.
How do I clean my clay pots?
Never use harsh chemical soaps or wire scrubbers. Instead, use warm water and a soft sponge. For tough stains, you can use baking soda or rock salt. Avoid putting clay pots in the dishwasher.
What happens if my order arrives broken?
We pack our products with extreme care, but in the rare event of transit damage, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item at support.theearthenstudio@gmail.com. We will issue a replacement or refund.
